DAVE HOYT
David Hoyt was appointed President of Linear Electric following the company’s acquisition by Alpha Power Group. In his role, David provides leadership, strategic vision, and operational guidance to support all aspects of Linear Electric’s growth and expansion into new markets.
Throughout his career, David has held a range of key positions within the electrical industry — from working in the field to earn his Master’s License, to serving as Service Director, Chief Estimator, Director of Operations, Director of Preconstruction, Vice President of Industrial Power and Controls, and Vice President of Preconstruction before becoming President.
He has served on numerous industry boards focused on estimating, business leadership, and health and welfare initiatives. David also holds LEED A/P and PMP certifications, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and sustainable, forward-thinking practices.
